Isaiah Benjamin's Baptism!Isaiah JUST found out that he'll get water poured on his head. I have to be honest. I look at this picture of my little baby boy at not quite 6 weeks and think how did he get so big so fast? look at that face. My heart actually aches for the tiny baby he was a few short weeks ago. Before I know it he'll be almost two like his brother and sister are right now (How the heck did that happen???). Part of me is a tad bit sad he will be our last (really, we plan NO MORE KIDS). If I was a happy, relatively comfortable, even semi functional pregnant woman I would so entertain another child or two. But this mama is not carrying any more babies (knock on wood). If God intends more children for us I hope he also plans on someone else carrying them for me! I was actually trying really hard not to laugh. Fr.Mark no more than started the baptism ceremony and Isaiah decided RIGHT THEN would be a great time to fill his shorts and it must not have felt to good on his part because he CRIED/SCREAMED the whole time. Soon as the ceremony finished he was fine. Mission accomplished. Isaiah was actually baptized a few weeks ago (1 day shy of 6 weeks, he will be 9 weeks Monday) oops!
The next post I hope to make is a 2 year old post and a 2 month old post! My babies are growing up so fast!!! They all three have a dr's apt on Friday. All three get shots. Why I do this to myself I have no idea. Yes the receptionist scheduling their appts asked if I was SURE I wanted them all on the same day/time. Like I told a friend, we like to do things complicated in our house. ;)
